Old books,new experience (significant post)

Dear readers, I am sure that everyone will know that I am currently a secondary two student and studying in the prestigious Hwa Chong Institution after I have type finish this message. Last year's Language Art lesson, we are compulsory to read and understand three books, they are: 'Village by the Sea' by Anita Desai (the picture on the left), 'Nothing but the Truth' by Avi (the picture on the
right) and 'Little Ironies' by Catherine Lim (the picture on the bottom left).
These books are essential for worksheets, assignments, and exams. We change books when we change terms, for example term 1 we used 'Little Ironies' and so on. These books were very interesting as it teaches us what is happening in the real world and the behaviors and environments of certain people and places. We are required to bring these books every Language Arts lesson.
These books may have seemed random in the beginning but at the end of the year I have realised that these books have helped us in our basic common sense and knowledge of the world. For more information, I suggest you read them yourself, it can also be used to kill time like I did. You can also borrow from me if you can!
They are not very pricey so I suggest you get yourself one, hope you enjoy reading them!
BYE!!
